In the first three quarters of 2015, Chinas exports of hardware products to emerging markets and some countries along the Belt and Road grew well

In the first three quarters of 2015, China's exports of hardware products to emerging markets and some countries along the Belt and Road increased well, and the diversification of trading partners achieved results. In the first three quarters, the top three major trading partners in China's hardware industry were the United States, the European Union and ASEAN. Their bilateral trade values were 7.889 billion U.S. dollars, 7.274 billion U.S. dollars and 4.045 billion U.S. dollars, respectively. In terms of exports, exports to ASEAN, India, Latin America and Africa increased by 6.89 %, 24.67 %, 16.69 % and 29.19 % respectively, accounting for 28.75 % of China's total exports to the above-mentioned emerging markets. In addition, exports to countries along the Belt and Road, such as Bangladesh, Pakistan, Israel, Saudi Arabia and Egypt, all maintained good growth, with 61.16 %, 115.73 %, 30.11 %, 32.29 % and 47.83 % respectively. Exports to countries along the Belt and Road have clearly performed better than exports from the industry as a whole during the same period.
