China Hardware Products Association 2016 Working Conference in Beijing

 In order to fully implement the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, the Central Economic Work Conference and the Central Committee's 13th Five-Year Plan, we will carefully summarize the development of the "12th Five-Year Plan" industry, study and formulate guidance on the "13th Five-Year Plan" for the industry, and study and deploy the key work of the association in 2016. The 2016 annual working meeting of the China Hardware Products Association was held in Beijing on January 7. The chairman, executive chairman, full-time vice chairman, vice chairman, chairman(President) of each product branch, and general secretary of the association participated in the meeting. Chairman Shisenglan and Executive Chairman Zhangdongli respectively presided over the meeting.

The meeting heard the report of Chairman Shisenglan on the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" of the Chinese Hardware Industry and the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" development ideas. He listened to the full-time vice chairman and secretary-general of Jinlixin, the full-time vice chairman of Lvjiying, the full-time vice chairman of Liurunfeng, the full-time vice chairman of Mengfanbo, and the secretary general of the Tools and Hardware Branch, Zhoujihua, on the key work reports of the "13th Five-Year Plan" development of various industries; He listened to the report of Shaobai, the editorial director of the Association's "China Hardware and Kitchen Guard" magazine, on the future development of the magazine; Having heard the report of the full-time Vice President and Secretary-General of Jinlixin on the Association's hosting of the 2017 World Hardware Conference; The Executive Director of Zhangdongli summarized the conference and deployed the association's key work in 2016. The participants discussed the above report and exchanged views on the current situation and problems facing the industry.

In his report "Guidance on the Development of the 13th Five-Year Plan for the Chinese Hardware Industry", Chairman Shisenglan detailed the achievements and experience of the industry during the 12th Five-Year Plan period. It comprehensively, thoroughly and objectively analyzed the development environment that the industry will face during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, and clarified the guiding ideology, goals and key tasks for the development of the industry during the 13th Five-Year Plan.

During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, the industry firmly developed its ideas, confidence, and direction, closely combined with the situation in China's hardware industry, and adhered to the "five major changes" and "three improvements", while changing the development mode of the hardware industry. It also pays attention to saving resources, reducing energy consumption, protecting the environment, and improving the quality and efficiency of economic growth, which plays an important role in the further development of the industry.

During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, China's economic development has entered a new normal, and the hardware industry will also enter a critical period from the great to the strong. Major changes have taken place in the domestic and foreign environment and conditions of the development of the industry, which not only face great strategic opportunities but also face serious challenges of overlapping contradictions. The industry should fully implement the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress, the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and the Central Economic Work Conference, strictly implement the relevant requirements of the 13th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development, and adopt the five principles of innovative, coordinated, green, open and shared development. Supply-side structural reform, the "Made in China 2025" development goal, and practical measures for future industrial development. The participants discussed the report of the "13th Five-Year Development Guidance for the Chinese Hardware Industry" and believed that the main purpose of the report was clear, the data was detailed, and the analysis was objective. The report on the key work of the "13th Five-Year Plan" development in each subdivided industry has a clear idea and a strong focus, which has pointed out the direction for the development of the industry in the next five years. The participants fully acknowledged the achievements made by the industry during the 12th Five-Year Plan period, and combined the common problems faced by the industry and the enterprise in its development, new growth points for the development of the industry, new measures to deal with them, and the future trend of the industry. In-depth discussions and exchanges were conducted. We believe that the industry should continue to push forward the "five major changes", improve product quality, improve labor efficiency, establish brands, improve profit levels, further integrate industry resources, and achieve more sustainable and healthy development.

The focus of the Association's work in 2016 was deployed. This year is the first year of the 13th Five-Year Plan.
